1. Introduction

Welcome to Ringgow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ringgow platform, including our website (https://ringgow.com) and mobile applications, collectively referred to as the “Platform.” By accessing or using Ringgow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Ringgow is a marketplace platform that connects users (“Clients”) with third-party service providers (“Professionals”) offering home and care services, such as cleaning, repairs, beauty, pet care, childcare, elder care, and others.
Ringgow does not provide these services directly; we facilitate connections between Clients and Professionals.

3. User Accounts

To use Ringgow, you must register and create an account.

  • All information must be accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share contact details (email, phone number, social media, etc.) outside the platform before a booking is confirmed.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All service bookings and payments must be completed within the Ringgow platform.

  • Payments are processed via our secure third-party provider. Ringgow does not store payment details.

  • Prices are set by service providers. Ringgow may charge a commission on each transaction.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy. 

5. Responsibilities

Clients:

  • Agree to provide a safe and appropriate environment for the service to be performed.

  • Must not request services outside of those listed and agreed upon in the booking.

Professionals:

  • Must be legally eligible to provide services in Luxembourg.

  • Are responsible for the quality and safety of their work.

  • Must respect Clients’ property and privacy.

Ringgow is not liable for the performance or outcome of services provided by third-party Professionals.

6. Disintermediation Policy

To maintain platform integrity:

  • Sharing contact info before a booking is confirmed is strictly prohibited.

  • Off-platform transactions are not protected by Ringgow’s insurance or support.

  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account.

7. Insurance & Liability

Ringgow provides limited insurance coverage for services booked and paid via the platform.
Ringgow is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by Professionals or Clients.

  • Injuries, losses, or theft during services.

  • Agreements made outside the platform.

8. Reviews & Feedback

Clients may leave reviews after a completed booking.
Ringgow reserves the right to remove offensive, false, or defamatory content.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

Ringgow may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior

  • Attempt to bypass Ringgow’s booking system

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Luxembourg City.
